Return and Refund Policy

While we hope that you are delighted and satisfied with your purchase, it is in our consideration that there may be some circumstances in which you would want to return your purchased items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Simply take note of the following information:
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item should be in its original packaging and make sure that you still have the receipt or the item’s proof of purchase.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you that your returned item has reached us. We will immediately update you of the status of your refund after the item inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your credit card or your original method of payment. Your refund will be received in a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your shipping will be deducted from your refund.
